I believe that conversation matters; that long form nuanced conversation is what we need now more than ever, to make the world a better place. And for me, part of that means exposing ourselves to new ideas, new concepts and new ways of thinking that we may previously have not been exposed to. This week’s guest on my Feel Better Live More Podcast is someone who fits that bill perfectly.

13:29 ---- most ubiquitous poison on the planet right now is glyphosate which is the herbicide common in Roundup and nearly every other wheat killer on the market but it's now in about 80% of the air we breathe 85% of the rainfall it has just saturated our entire water cycle as a water soluble toxin and that poison destroys so many aspects of human biology including those mitochondria

...... but when we put those cells back in touch with the communication network of life on Earth it's unbelievable how fast those cells repair and then if you simultaneously support those cells with that communication Network AND THEN TRY TO INJURE THEM YOU CAN'T they get stronger with every single insult and so it's a really cool concept that with enough communication cells can never die ---- 14:14 --- the body only get stronger and so it's a really beautiful pattern I think of truth that emanates almost fractally through nature .... is ... ???

INTERJECT BY PIET ...... ???? i think Zachie stepped in a rabbittybatty wishingwell, don't you? Back to the quote:

..... uninterrupted access to information leads to a completely regenerative state of being that is not only resilient it is actually adaptive and so it it will find new avenues for health despite the most severe you know, injuries that we can impose on that system so so that's a little bit of a a matrix there to to hang your hat on
