To treat a cancer you would need to take the malignant cells from that person with whatever type of cancer it was and reintroduce that with tumor markers back in to direct the immune system, hoping the body would flush it out on its own. That's already been done for HPV and some types of Melanoma.
It is not a "cancer vaccine" its gene therapy and it would need to be specific to each individual. Thus not universal like vaccines. Because cancer is cell mutation where cells begin mitosis prematurely. And every person has different cells from every other person on the genetic level.
And there are no clinical trials of such mRNA treatment that exist. It would also take months if it worked at all to produce the right antigens.
You can call it "mRNA vaccine" like the covid kooks. But gene therapy is completely different than inducing an antigen by introducing a weaken or inactive virus to trigger the immune system to develope antibodies for that virus.
Because cancer isn't a virus. You would need to react after they already have cancer and try to prevent it from spreading by doing gene therapy. Easier said than done. And this TASS report is being waved around by retards who either didn't read it or didn't understand what they read.

He claimed that the only reason the court in his case didn’t know this was that the Supreme Court hadn’t sent the paperwork down there yet. This is, of course, nonsense. Morton’s legal gibberish has failed every single time it’s been attempted, and the Supreme Court has never been, is not, and will not be an exception. If Morton really believed that he was about to be rescued by the Supreme Court, that was a supremely irrational belief.
