First-person accounts by MtF transsexuals are essential for understanding the transsexual journey. My book Men Trapped in Men's Bodies presented narratives by 249 MtF transsexuals who had experienced autogynephilia. Now I'd like to follow up with a second similar research project.
Many postoperative MtF transsexuals have written autobiographies but no one has collected personal narratives by MtFs who transitioned ten or more years ago. They are the elders of our community and their perspective could provide important guidance to anyone considering MtF sex reassignment. If you transitioned ten or more years ago, please consider writing about your experiences. You can find more information and a response form below.
